Dark color. Nose is leather and spice. No fruit on the palate, earthy, slight spice but full. Not overly complex. 88

Had on Dad's 65th. Great nose, fruit. Little spice. Licorice. Needs time, but good now too.

Great wine, but I'd wait a couple more years to drink. Heavy tannins, dry, dark, spice. The vanilla nose is amazing. $34
