- Australian Shiraz. Soft ripe blackberry and plum. Hints of spicy black cherry and white pepper. Juicy and long.
- We all like but karl and julie
- 2008 Barossa Valley Shiraz. Dark, deep black fruit that coats the glass. Steeped in legend & mystery, get some & enjoy!
- Dark, inky color Big Ripe nose, wood, dark fruits, mint, candied cherry, bacon fat, flowers, burnt rubber, can't avoid the heat though, a bit bothering. Perhaps with aging time, the alcohol and tannins can both softened. On the palate, bitter thick tobacco chew gum, fat, juicy, ripe, black currants, dark chocolate, so dark haha. Big, Tannic, full scale, though better on the second day. Hedonistic, but a bit too strong, maybe it's the alcohol. A beast that needs time to settle wow Actually quite good with cheese
