  Beautiful dark ruby red, with charming nose of lead pencil shaving, oak, earth, purple.fruits, licorice, cigar wrapper, very sharp. Black currants, Can still use some time, a bit tight on the palate starting out. Funky black fruits, chocolate, minerals, burned vanilla, spice. Still have tannins, very fine and sweet. Finish with.sweet plum, tobacco leaf, spice. Medium length. Classic, rich mouthfeel. Solid structure, very nice balance. Close to full bodied. Smooth on.the palate.
