Lighter, mellow, leaves almost no aftertaste and little throat flavor. Fruity, cherry maybe. Good with poultry.

Dark, bitter fragrance. Fairly smooth. Hints of chocolate. Claims cherry, plum but not detecting. Good for sipping.
