  Planeta Burdese 2000

  Burdese 2000 cabernet sauvignon pure. Après 10 de patience dans ma cave (acheté en 2002), c'est une merveille. Couleur rubis aux reflets légèrement tuilé. Nez de cuire, de poivron rouge grillé notes de rose et de cassis. En bouche, rond avec des tanins fondus. Un vin complexe et riche, prêt à boire. Une merveille! 4 months ago by Yan Desarzens

  La Joya Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

  Smell of sweet chili, salted caramel, cream brulee, sour apple, cigar, vanilla, gruava, short nose. Taste of tobacco, vanilla, spice, mushroom. Good tannin, not too hard. Dark red, opaque color, close to full body. As a pure cabs, quite easy on the palate, not too powerful, decent silky finish, with a bit of heat. Decent length on finishing.
