- Hogue Reserve Merlot 2006 - smooth & good.
- Great value. Fruity, smooth, long finish. Under $10
- Smells like vanilla, pine needles, cinnamon, and wood. Tastes a bit flat but strong tannins. Rate 4
- 2007 from Hogue Cellars, Columbia Valley. Mix of cab, merlot, cab franc & malbec. peppery, full & berries
- Cab, Merlot, Syrah. Not bad for "table wine". Deep enough to stand up to a hearty meal. Not too tannic.
