  Beautiful dark ruby red, with charming nose of lead pencil shaving, oak, earth, purple.fruits, licorice, cigar wrapper, very sharp. Black currants, Can still use some time, a bit tight on the palate starting out. Funky black fruits, chocolate, minerals, burned vanilla, spice. Still have tannins, very fine and sweet. Finish with.sweet plum, tobacco leaf, spice. Medium length. Classic, rich mouthfeel. Solid structure, very nice balance. Close to full bodied. Smooth on.the palate.   La Joya Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

  Smell of sweet chili, salted caramel, cream brulee, sour apple, cigar, vanilla, gruava, short nose. Taste of tobacco, vanilla, spice, mushroom. Good tannin, not too hard. Dark red, opaque color, close to full body. As a pure cabs, quite easy on the palate, not too powerful, decent silky finish, with a bit of heat. Decent length on finishing.
