  Solid dark core with ruby red rim. Enchanting nose with great terroir scents, graphite, black currants, autumn leaf, hint of green, magnetic feel. Masculine mouth feel, good balance as always. Dry leather, sweet red fruits, pipe tobacco, stone, minerals. Tannins a bit dry and edgy, can still age. Good finish of cigar box, dried fruits. 5 days ago by Cheung R.

  Chateau Leoville Barton Saint Julien 2009

  Aerated for hours, double decant. Dark inky color, full bodied. Complex nose with layers of black fruits, mineral, cassis, Asian spice, Loads of jammy black berries, currants, Long finish with cherry, tobacco leaf and bit of oak.   Ruby red with Browning on the rim. Medium to full body. Soft red fruit, forest floor, glycerin, tobacco leaf, violet. Can still taste the tannins, but well integrated and soft, bring a layer of chewiness. Dried leather, wet wood, cocoa powder, pencil.shaving, bit of mushroom. Soothing on the nose, gentle on the palate. Wonderful treat. Tasty tannins making it felt, with just enough acidity to keep it balanced, nice.
