  Chateau Leglise Clinet Pomerol 1997

  Ruby red. Red cherry, mocha, blueberry, floral note, meat juice, and wet earth, iron. Short nose Medium body, candied black fruits, candied fruit. smooth, but concentration not too great, probably becoz of the vintage. A bit of heat, tannins are sweet, but a bit firm and good structure. 2 months ago by Cheung R.

  Chateau Leglise Clinet Pomerol 1997

  Dark red, with slight Browning at the rim. Full bodied. Currants, dark fruits, licorice, cocoa, minerals, touch of herbs quite nice, though not crisp. Taste of cigar wrapper, smoke, coffee bean, with a drop of oak. Nice nose, though short. Tannins still apparent and dry. Acidity is low, couldn't mask the alcohol that well, even low level 12.5%. Structure is solid, lacking a good balance. Finish of smoke, bitter dark cocoa. Short unfortunately 2 months ago by Cheung R.
