Chateau Beausejour Saint Emilion Grand Cru
Minerals, soil, black cherries on the nose. Dark ruby color. Cherries, vanilla, light oak, tannin finish. Wonderful!

Purple color, opaque, full body hulk. Nose of butter, licorice, crushed sugar, raspberry, bacon. Still tight. Need a bit more aeration. Aired for over two hours, more revealing. Taste of blackberry, leather, iron, cigar box. Silky, lush on the palate, though good finish, about 30+ secs with plum and tobacco. Still tannic but chewy, can wait some more time to add more complexity. Nose is fatter than on the palate. Add some tobacco, blueberry, black fruits, licorice. After 3-4 hours, sweet tannin, quite well integrated. delicious
