Fruity, unassuming, but enjoyable. Nearly no tannins. Wouldn't be good with a rich meal, but for simple food (hamburger/ketchup) it's quite nice.

Very mellow, low tannins, a little grapey, pleasant, plays well with others. Tastes a bit like a pinot noir.

Standard Bordeaux, unremarkable but not in any way offensive. Perhaps a little on the dry side for some.

Soft on the front end, sharp tannins on the finish at first, but smoothed out after 2 hours to open up. Temparanillo 100%.

Dark, oaky, somewhat dry. Very enjoyable on its own. Needed an hour to fully open up.

2008. Used in wine sauce for pork tenderloin. Good in context, but really acidic on its own. Could stand up to strong cheese.

A little rough after opening, but gradually improved to be a very reasonable example of a Spanish red table wine after 30 min. A bit of silt, so don't shake it around much.

Opening this bottle of rotgut demon bile was a terrible, regrettable decision.

Weak, watery at first but quite nice after being open for 60 min, if still a bit subtle.
