Dark hue. Creamy dark cherry, earth, graphite, grass, vanilla, hint of cigar and menthol. Attractive, addictive. So good. Still rather young, more bottle time will bring much more complexity to it. Velvety mouth feel, loads of red fruits, coffee bean, cocoa, aromas spread thru the entire palate, smooth. Lots of tannins, but chewy, grippy feel, fulfilling. Great finish, long. Full of personality, masculine and elegance

Second try. With some Browning near the rim. Nose screaming of black currants, of autumn leaf, red cherry, flint stone, oaky smoke, hint of roasted nuts, wet forest floor. Lacking precision though. Sweet cherry, minty, meat juice, though quite a bit of heat near the end. Mid palate seems solid, with bright acidity keeping it fresh. Spicy

Dark ruby, bright. Wonderful nose, red fruits, herbs, cream, perfume, forest floor, incense, a bit of caramel. Full, round palate, with excellent red fruits, creamy berry, floral tobacco note, plum juice, a bit of heat near the end. Still quite tannic, but round and smooth. Finish of red fruits, cigar smoke, plum meat, long finish

A young Bordeaux, inky in color. Take a bit of effort, aromas of black currants, menthol, stone, cigar smoke, cloves, and some flowers amd oak, light but decent nose. Close to full bodied, chunky, tannic mouth feel, need to sleep. Palate still need some time to come together, lacking a good balance, yet structured for aging, good amount of acidity accompanying the tannins. Taste of dark chocolate, smoked cherry, licorice. Finish of oaky smoke, flower, and tea leaf. Rest or decant.

Strong cigar, dark chocolate After taste of minerals, tea leaf, burnt wood, like chewing a cigar bud.

Ruby red claret. Primary, yet not austere, quite fwd, with aeration, aromas of chocolate coated cherry, licorice, violet, herb, flint, fresh spice and a bit of oak come out of play. on the palate, dark cherry, cocoa, black tea leaf. Soft tannins, though kinda dry, short finish, jam and faint smoke. Lacking good balance, although decent for a 20-dollar wine. Low acidity. Nose better than mouth feel. Some bitterness in the mid palate. Better next day. Silky, with more weight, a sense of 2009 ripeness. Structure a bit thin, short finish, with bitterness lingers.

Ruby red with pink rim. Nose not too exciting, a bit linear, with graphite, florals, blackberry, boysenberry, creamy oak, cigar wrapper, hint of vanilla and incense. Palate could use a bit more weight, a bit linear, yet still nice. Rich jammy plum juice, spice box, raspberry, prominent tannins, a bit dry, decent length in finish with plum, rich tobacco scent, consistent in structure and balance nonetheless.
