Coolest label ever. A nice large body with a hint of pepper.

Love the revolutionary Che Guevara label, but the wine was not so great. Too earthy for a pinot noir .

Now that is a detailed label. A delicious pilot noir that's not too fruity, but lacks the body to be worth the hefty price. I enjoyed it but I think I'd refrain from another purchase.

Extremely sweet, which is expected of a demise, but too sweet for my tastes. I would take a pass next time.

Enjoyable light and crisp proseco with tiny light bubbles.

Ugh, why did I get a Shiraz? I never like Shiraz, they're always too sweet to the point of nausea. Supposedly, this is a good shiraz, but if you don't like sweet Shiraz to start with, you probably won't like this one either.

The hardest to pronounce wine name ever. Also, it was really mediocre.

Despite the fact that this was highly recommended by the cashier at Trader Joe's, it's not as good as advertised. It completely lacks any fruitiness. Actually, after opening up, this became a really good wine! I completely changed my mind about it. The praise from Trader Joe's was entirely merited.

Super sweet. Perfect to pair with sweet asian food, but other than that, can't imagine when else I would really want to drink it.

A surprisingly light and fruity syrah with just a hint of pepper on the nose. Almost like a purple pinot noir. Might not be for everyone.

A mass produced label from California that's still really good!

Just a little bit tanic for just the right amount of body. Definitely one of the better Barbarescos I've had and definitely meriting a repeat purchase.

Too light for my tastes. Not much body nor fruitiness. Probably better foeba strong sweet tasting.

Dry and tanic with a long body. Delicious!
  • Veramonte Pinot Noir 2010 one year ago Veramonte Pinot Noir 2010
Fruity with just a note of tanins at the end, but not a long enough body to be taken too seriously. Ultimately, a simple and pleasing table wine.

Light and dry, but might have been a little too dry.

La Fiacre du Pape Chateuneuf du Pape bought from Trader Joes. A light semi-sweet and fruity red without much body. Great table wine.

Jean paul balland sancerre. Not quite citrus but grassy and sharp. Not really my preference for sancerre.

A deliciously sweet and fruity sweet Riesling that pairs well with Chinese food and at a very reasonable price.
