    Dinner with Jack and em. Chablis very minerally and balanced. Burgs great, 07 with more fruit 04 earthy.

    Te whau needs more air. Mt rosa and hoddles were ok. Littorai was a little subdued (may have been to cold).

    Bit sprity to start, nice fruit and aromatics but a little thin on the pallet.

    Bize is a cracker. La strata a great follow up. 04 will go for a while yet.
