Bogle 2009 Essential Red. Spicy pipe tobacco, smoky caramel, and oh so yummy! Need I mention an awesome blend of old vine Zin, petite Sirah, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon. Complexity a its finest for a bottle under $15. If you're reading this, you should go out and buy it, just do it, do it now!

When you want a nice reasonable priced Petite Sirah, who is the first vitner that comes to mind? Bogle of course. If you're a fan, then you know there's nothing petite about this wine. Nor this varietal! And the nose,... Ohhh, and wow...

Smoking Loon Steelbird Unoaked Chardonnay. 2011 California. No butter here. Big, crisp, and sharp with melon & citrus aromas. Pleasantly tart after taste with semi-dry finish. In smoking loons own words; we kicked the oak to the curb.

Deep ruby red, smokey overtones & black cherries, perhaps hints of dark chocolate and coffee with a smooth finish. This bottle drinks more like a $20.00 bottle. Let it sit for an hour and it will open very nicely. Yummy!
