Cazar Pinot Noir 2010
I'm a fan of Chasseur, this Cazar is pretty good. It's surprisingly earthy for a pinot. Could sit a couple more years.

Dark berries, soft finish. Seemed pretty young but pretty drinkable.

Mineraly, lightly acidic.sort of a floral nose. Went well with the "kitchen sink chopped salad."

Feel like I get to sit at the "adult table" at Thanksgiving. Herbs, wood, but not dirt/earthy. A young old wine.

Fruity nose, giant cherries on the first sips. Hours later I'm still grooving on the fruit. A fave for sure! -
Usually don't get into chardonnay but I liked this one. Light oak, smooth but not too buttery, fruity.

Big & a little sweet. A lot of different earthy things going on with the nose & taste. Really great over the evening. -
